Do I need a driving licence or registration?
Scooters with a top speed up to 25 km/h and a motor up to 250 W are low-speed vehicles and do not need a licence or registration in India. Faster models are marked "Licence needed" and need registration, insurance and a valid licence.
What range will I really get?
The range shown is measured in test conditions. In daily city traffic with one rider, plan on roughly 15–20% less. Heavy loads, slopes, hot weather and high speed reduce range.
How much does charging cost?
A full charge uses about 1.5 to 3 units of electricity depending on the battery, so it usually costs a few tens of rupees at home. Use the savings calculator at the top of this page to compare with your petrol spend.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranty terms for the vehicle, motor and battery are listed on every product page under Warranty & service.
Can I charge it at home?
Yes. The scooter uses a standard wall socket. Remove the battery to charge indoors, or charge it in place if you have parking near a socket.
Can I pay in EMI?
Yes. Choose EMI at checkout to see plans from our finance partners. Approval depends on the financier.
How does delivery work?
We deliver to your door. You inspect the scooter, we show you the controls and features, and we charge the battery before you ride away. Check delivery time for your PIN code on any product page.
What if I do not like it?
Book a free test ride first. After delivery, read our return and refund policy for the return window and conditions.
